Objective:
Promote among Ile-de-France residents the actions carried out by Île-de-France Mobilités to prepare for the arrival of 10 million spectators expected in Île-de-France during Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Strategy:
Brut interviews those in charge at Île-de-France Mobilités of preparing the transportation network before this exceptional rise of travelers, in order to reassure Ile-de-France residents about the service provided during this period. Here are the expertise highlighted in this campaign: flow forecast and simulation, creation of signage and development of an app, bus drivers and agents in charge. By choosing the long format interview, these issues are addressed with a pedagic approach.
Deliverables:
A series of 4 videos (3 have been released to date):
> Meeting with the director of foresight and studies, and of the Olympic and Paralympic Games division of Île-de-France Mobilités (flow modeling)
> Discussion with the coordinator of physical and digital passenger information services for the Olympic and Paralympic Games and a member of the foresight and studies department for the Olympic and Paralympic Games from Île-de-France Mobilités.
> Portrait of a Paris 2024 bus driver, employed by Île-de-France Mobilités.
> Meeting with agents mobilized at station by Île-de-France Mobilités (coming soon)
Published on Meta and TikTok, these videos were also amplified among Ile-de-France residents and key audiences interested in urban mobility and the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
